Payment Methods

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Options may differ by customer location, device, transaction currency and supported providers. Use only a payment option presented in the checkout.

Payment Authorization & Review

Payments may require authorization, fraud screening or other transaction checks before we accept or fulfill an order. Banks and payment providers may decline transactions or apply temporary authorization holds according to their own policies.

Checkout Security

Our online store uses Shopify checkout and supported payment-service providers. Payment details are processed through those services rather than being requested through customer-support email. We do not request full card numbers, CVVs, online banking passwords or account passwords by email.

Prices, Currency & Order Totals

Unless otherwise clearly displayed, product prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Checkout displays the product subtotal, discounts, applicable shipping costs, taxes where charged and the final payable total before you confirm payment.

Bank & Currency Conversion Charges

Your bank or payment provider may assess its own international transaction, foreign-exchange or currency-conversion charges. Such charges are controlled by the financial institution or provider.

Discount Codes & Promotions

Enter eligible promotional codes before submitting payment. Discount availability, conditions, exclusions and expiration dates are shown with each applicable offer.

Pending, Declined & Duplicate Transactions

A pending authorization is not necessarily a settled charge. If you notice a duplicate charge or other payment concern, contact us with your order number and the relevant non-sensitive transaction details.

Order Confirmation

After a successful order submission, an order confirmation is sent to the email address used at checkout. Check your spam folder or contact us if the confirmation does not arrive.

Refund Payment Method

Approved refunds are normally initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the approved return has been received and inspected. Your financial institution may need additional time to post the credit. See Return & Refund Policy.
